MANILA, Philippines—The state-run weather agency said on Wednesday that it sees no low pressure area (LPA) forming or entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) over the next two to three days while the southwest monsoon (habagat’) would continue to prevail in the entire archipelago.
